CNG Fleet
Harter's Quick Clean-Up collection fleet has transitioned to compressed natural gas vehicles, reducing tailpipe emissions on every collection route across the Coulee Region.

Advanced Sorting = Higher Diversion
Our optical sorter and two robotic sorting arms (installed 2023) reduce residual waste and increase material recovery per ton. Better sorting means more material reaches commodity markets instead of landfill.

Transparent Reporting
We provide diversion rate documentation to municipal partners, commercial clients with ESG reporting requirements, and Wisconsin DNR compliance filings. An annual diversion report is planned for publication.

Recognized for Processing Rate Improvement
The Wisconsin DNR recognized Green Circle Recycling for a 58 percent increase in single-stream processing rate from 2022 to 2023 — one of the most significant facility-level improvements in the state during that reporting period.
