METALCON 2026 · on the floor now at Booth 570

Walk the floor ready.

RapidTradeshow turns an exhibitor list into a game plan: who's there, who matters, where they'll walk, and exactly where your booth catches them. Before the doors even open.

HELLO, I'M LANNY

The playbook

From a list of exhibitors to a booth nobody walks past.

Four moves, in the order you need them. Each one is a screen in RapidTradeshow, fed by the same research.

  1. 01

    Scout

Every exhibitor researched: what they make, what they sell, how big they are, and whether they're a prospect, ally or synergy partner, with sources and a confidence score.

    258 companies profiled
  2. 02

    Map

A 3D twin of the hall, built from the real floor plan and satellite imagery. You get walking routes from the hotels and parking, plus simulated foot traffic down every aisle.

South Hall A, booth by booth
  3. 03

    Plan

A booth game plan: where every person stands, the hook that stops traffic, and who covers which zone at the lunch rush and after the keynote.

    Roles, zones & flow
  4. 04

    Work the room

Know who's actually walking in. Each company comes with its leaders, the reason it is at the show, and what to say when someone stops at your booth.

The recon walk

Market intelligence opens the door. Appointments are the point.

Every exhibitor at METALCON 2026 gets a one-page recon file about their own company, handed over at their booth. The QR code on that page opens the live version, where booking a meeting takes one tap and passing it to a colleague takes two.

  1. 01

    Research

    258 recon files

Every exhibitor researched from public sources before the doors open.

  2. 02

    Hand it over

    20 seconds a stop

Each booth gets its own page, walked to the table in about 85 minutes.

  3. 03

    Scan or type

    rapiddashboard.ai/metalcon

A QR code, or the booth number typed into the short address.

  4. 04

    Their live file

Plus all 258 on a map

They read about their own company, and see where everyone else is.

  5. 05

    Book or share

    Two taps

A meeting at Booth 570 or a call after the show, and a link for the colleague who signs.

Why a recon file books meetings

  • It is about them. People read a page with their own company name, leaders and systems on it, and they keep it.
  • It is specific. "What we'd build for you" names the dashboards and the systems that would feed them, so the meeting starts halfway through.
  • It travels. The share button reaches the owner or the CFO who was back at the office, which is who signs.
  • It ends at our booth. Every page points to Booth 570 and the golf challenge, where a cash prize turns a maybe into a visit.

How we built it

Market intelligence on a whole trade show, before the doors opened.

Every exhibitor got a one-page recon file. This is how all 258 were produced, and why the same pipeline works on any company's own data.

Collect The organiser's exhibitor list and floor plan

258 booths, every booth number placed on the floor plan.

  2. 2

Research AI research agents, one company at a time

Websites, LinkedIn, trade press, SEC and ownership filings, job postings, show lists. Every person and ownership claim keeps its source; confidence is high only when a primary source confirms it.

  3. 3

Scan Coulee Tech's Market Intelligence engine

Reads only what every company publishes to the world: DNS records, certificates, homepage tags. That is how we know who hosts the email or runs the analytics.

  4. 4

    Load RapidDashboard datalake

Everything lands in one database: a CRM row per exhibitor, contacts, tech stack, sources and confidence. One source of truth in place of hundreds of browser tabs.

  5. 5

Use Dashboards, a 3D map, and these pages

The same data drives a 3D walk-through of the venue with a foot-traffic model, our booth game plan, the printed recon pages and the live files they link to.

Meet your floor captain

This is Lanny.

Lanny is a show badge who has hung around more expo halls than anyone you know. He's seen every mistake: the empty booth at 2 PM, the follow-up email that went out three weeks late. Now he lives in RapidTradeshow and nags you, nicely, until you're ready.

Floor rule #1
Never sit in your booth. A seated booth is a closed booth.
